OREGON SPINE SPLINT II – International Orange

The OREGON SPINE SPLINT II (OSS II) in high-visibility International Orange is a U.S. Army–trusted spinal immobilization and extrication device engineered to safely remove injured, seated patients from confined or hazardous environments. It meets all established military and EMS criteria for seated spinal immobilization and is fully compatible with the Sked® Stretcher System.

Designed with a unique criss-cross shoulder strap configuration, the OSS II ensures superior spinal support while allowing full respiratory function. It can be reconfigured for clavicle fractures, and its structure allows chest and abdominal access during treatment. The included shoulder board prevents shoulder compression, a key advantage in stretcher transport.

The OSS II folds into a compact form that fits inside a rolled-up Sked® Stretcher and backpack bag, making it ideal for field medics, rescue professionals, and rapid response units.
