Co-developed by SKEDCO® and CMC Rescue, this rapid extrication system is ideal when spinal immobilization is not a priority, enabling vertical lift, horizontal drag, or manual carry-out – even in the most confined spaces.

Constructed with a replaceable E-Z glide plastic drag sheet, the stretcher becomes rigid when curved around the patient, allowing it to slide smoothly during drag rescues. The integrated harness system securely restrains the patient, while color-coded straps, quick-connect AustriAlpin Cobra® buckles, and padded leg loops ensure comfort and quick deployment.

Compatible with spinal support systems like the Oregon Spine Splint (OSS) and cervical collars, this harness is NFPA 1983 (2012 Edition) Class III certified and built with corrosion-resistant, X-ray translucent hardware.
