The OREGON SPINE SPLINT II (OSS II) is a U.S. Army–trusted spinal immobilization and extrication system designed for safe and effective removal of patients in a seated position. Whether in a battlefield, tactical field rescue, or confined space, the OSS II ensures spinal protection without compromising access for life-saving care.

Its criss-crossing shoulder strap system offers superior immobilization while maintaining respiratory function. The design is fully compatible with the Sked® Stretcher, making it an ideal rescue bundle. Unique to this system, the included shoulder board prevents compression during stretcher transport—an advantage over conventional backboards.

The OSS II folds compactly to fit inside a rolled Sked® Stretcher and carry bag, adding no extra bulk to field kits. Available in rugged Coyote Brown (also available in International Orange).
