This streamlined version of the classic R.E. Sked is only 22 inches wide, ideal for narrow passageways, urban combat zones, and aircraft or vehicle interiors.

Equipped with an integrated vertical lift harness, Cobra buckle-secured leg loops, and X-style chest restraints, it ensures maximum patient safety and control during vertical or helicopter extractions.

Unlike traditional stretchers, the vertical webbing in the low-profile version is routed over the patient’s head to avoid wear from ground contact – critical in battlefield and urban scenarios. Designed with input from tactical medics, this system supports rapid deployment and secure lift without knot-tying or assembly.
